Vice Mihanović holds a degree in Maritime Transport Engineering from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, a Master’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Split, and a PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.

He has served as the Director of the Port Authority of Split since 2016. He has been working at the Port Authority of Split since 1998, holding several operational and managerial positions, including Coordinator of the Port Operations Center and Head of the Commercial and Operational Affairs Department.

His professional interests focus on port development, port system management, and the improvement of operational and commercial activities in maritime transport.
