Ervin Pajić

Active Captain and professional Master Mariner with 27 years of experience in the maritime industry, including the last 24 years in the cruise sector. Over 20 years of service with one of the world’s largest cruise companies — Royal Caribbean International (S&P 500) — currently serving in command of a cruise ship.

During my career, I have operationally led voyages in all major cruise destinations: Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, the U.S. East and West Coasts, the Caribbean, the Persian Gulf, the Far East, Australia, and the South Pacific, including service on all classes of ultra-large cruise ships.

Master of Nautical Science and leader of complex multicultural organizations of up to 1,500 employees. Experienced in strategic planning and performance management systems (finance, customer experience, internal processes, and learning & development), with a focus on results, safety, and operational quality.

Since 2019, I have served as Lead Auditor for Navigation Policy and Procedures audits. As Captain, I am responsible for the integrated management of marine and hotel operations on board, and as Chairman of the ship’s executive committee, I make key decisions directly related to guest satisfaction, personalized service, and high hospitality standards.
