Cezary Majchrowicz is a marine electronics specialist with over 15 years of industry experience. For the past decade, he has focused on the implementation of advanced systems for naval forces and sonar technologies for industrial applications.

He has extensive experience in the integration of underwater systems, execution of technically complex projects, and collaboration with demanding institutional and defense-sector clients. He has also participated in multiple underwater detection exercises conducted in cooperation with NATO member states, gaining practical operational experience in real-world maritime security scenarios.His expertise covers both technical aspects and team coordination, as well as leading system implementation projects.

Currently, he works at NORBIT as the Team Leader responsible for the development and deployment of subsea security systems.
