  • Head of the establishment of national information systems for navigation safety and
    environmental protection at sea and inland waters
  • Permanent member of expert groups at the International Maritime Organization, the European Commission, the European Maritime Safety Agency and the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation
  • Member of working groups for drafting regulations in the field of navigation safety,
    environmental protection, search and rescue, maritime traffic monitoring, digitalization
    of business processes, handling of dangerous goods and others
  • Author and co-author of operational procedures and work instructions
  • Member of expert teams for the organization and implementation of international
    search and rescue and pollution combating exercises at sea
  • Member and leader of several European projects in the field of improving navigation safety, digitalization and cybersecurity
