Hrvoje Grancarić is a Project Manager at the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Italy–Croatia Programme within the Croatian Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the management, evaluation and implementation of EU-funded cross-border and regional development projects. Since 2017 he has been working within the Interreg Italy–Croatia Programme, where he is responsible for monitoring and supporting projects, with a total value of several tens of millions of euros, particularly in the fields of sustainable maritime transport, port cooperation and multimodal connectivity.

Previously, he worked at the Zadar County Department for Development and EU Processes and at the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA), where he was involved in the preparation and management of EU-funded programmes and projects.

He regularly participates in project evaluations, programme development, stakeholder workshops and international cooperation initiatives related to EU territorial cooperation and maritime transport development in the Adriatic region.
