Gordan Perić, born on 14 January 1967 in Zadar. Since 1995, he has been active in the nautical tourism port sector, working in the following marinas: Marina Dalmacija; Olive Island Marina - Sutomišćica; Marina Novi - Novi Vinodolski; Lazure Resort - Herceg Novi - Crna Gora; and Marina Sunčani Resort - Sv. Filip i Jakov. He has held a wide range of positions, from Maintenance Manager and Head of Port Department to Technical Director, Marina Executive Director, and President of the Management Board.

He has been actively involved in the Croatian Marina Association (CMA) since 2000, and in 2025 he was elected Vice President of the Association.

He is a regular attendee of the Advanced Marina Management School Australia (Gold Coast) and is also a member of the International Marina Institute (I.M.I.).
