I am a fast thinker with a lot of energy to set up, lead and drive all security related ideas and processes and take care of the company's safety in all aspects. I am driven by solving difficulties and challenges.

Leadership

More than 10 years of experience in managing people, processes and sectors within the company. I am able to detect all security threats and adequately respond to them, as well as set up the entire security system in the company, whether it is about people, processes, protection of IT infrastructure, property, etc. I am an active member of the Croatian rescue service, a paragliding pilot, and a former national team member. I do skiing and sailing.
