Darko Kasap is a graduate mechanical engineer and a versatile specialist in architecture, with over 25 years of experience in managing large public systems.

He currently serves as the Head of the Department for Spatial Planning and Construction in the City of Zadar and is also the President of the Supervisory Board of the Port Authority Zadar. In previous terms, he held the position of Deputy Mayor of the City of Zadar.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a high level of social engagement and has held numerous roles related to sports and the scientific community.
