Ivan Malik, a graduate economist and MBA holder, has served as the sole member of the Management Board of TP Line d.o.o. since 2023.

As the head of the company, he oversees high-speed passenger transport on state and seasonal commercial routes from Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik to the Adriatic islands, while continuously optimizing operations and achieving growth in both passenger numbers and routes.

Under his leadership, TP Line won the Croatian Chamber of Economy’s Golden Kuna award for the most successful medium-sized company in Zadar County in both 2023 and 2024. During this period, the fleet expanded to 10 high-speed passenger catamarans, operating 6 state-subsidized and 4 commercial routes.

He began his professional career in the finance department of Tankerkomerc. During a decade-long engagement with Tankerska plovidba, he gained valuable experience in various sectors of the company, including investor relations and tanker operations on the international market, before joining the passenger transport project through TP Line.
