Izabela Vrtar is a communications expert and conference moderator with more than 20 years of experience in media and public communication.

She began her journalism career at the weekly magazine Nacional and continued through various magazine projects. She was part of the team that launched Croatia’s first wellbeing magazine, Sensa, where as an editor she developed topics related to health, personal development and social trends.

She also led the platform and magazine Adria Luxury Society, a media project dedicated to the development of premium tourism, investments and luxury experiences in Croatia and the region, covering topics such as destination development, hospitality, yachting and investment projects.

She is the founder of The Edit, an agency through which she develops communication and content projects for conferences, institutions and companies, with a particular focus on designing and moderating panel discussions that connect the business sector, public policy and the professional community.

As a moderator, she hosts conferences and expert forums focused on business, tourism, investment and development, with an approach centred on clearly structured conversations and fostering meaningful dialogue among participants.

She is also active in the Lead.You association, which brings together leading Croatian businesswomen, where she contributes to initiatives focused on leadership development and strengthening dialogue between the business community and institutions.
