Krešimir Brckan is the Managing Director of EKONERG KONZALTING, a company specialized in the development and implementation of digital solutions and asset management systems, as well as the digital transformation of infrastructure management in port systems, energy facilities, and industrial assets. The company supports organizations in transitioning from paper-based processes, complex spreadsheets, and disconnected applications to integrated information systems that enable systematic and transparent digital management of operations.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has professional experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities as well as conventional power plants, including nuclear power plants. This experience is now applied in projects focused on digital transformation and the implementation of integrated solutions, smart technologies, and analytics aimed at optimizing asset management, maintenance, and operations in complex technical systems such as water supply and wastewater systems, district heating networks, modern ports, and other critical infrastructure.

In addition to his professional work, he actively promotes collaboration between industry and academia. He is a member of the Economic Council and an occasional guest lecturer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb.
