Izabela Linčić Mužić, born on 19 May 1983 in Rijeka. Holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Rijeka. After graduation, she was employed in the shipbuilding sector and worked as a judicial trainee until passing the bar exam.

She served as a legal advisor and Head of the Legal, Human Resources and General Affairs Department at a shipyard. She has extensive expertise in public procurement, implementation of EU-funded projects, spatial planning amendments, and particularly in matters related to the maritime domain in special-purpose ports.

Since July 2023, she has been Head of the Administrative Department for Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, as well as President of the Commission for Maritime Domain Boundaries.

She is a member of working groups within competent ministries, especially in drafting legislative and subordinate regulations in the fields of maritime affairs and transport.

She is currently a PhD candidate in the Maritime Studies doctoral program at the Faculty of Maritime Studies Rijeka, part of the University of Rijeka. Her scientific research focuses on maritime public transport and the application of intelligent transport systems in the context of comprehensive digitalization, with the aim of improving and optimizing service quality.
